A developer has finished work on the latest phase of a new business park which will offer around a million square feet of space once completed.
St Modwen has unveiled a new 104,000 sq ft unit at the development known as St Modwen Park Burton, off the A38, to the south of the town.
The unit, which has been speculatively built, represents the third phase of the scheme.
St Modwen Park Burton is already home to a number of established occupiers, including Hellman Worldwide Logistics, Keylite Roof Windows, Supply Technologies and London City Bond.
The new unit includes 10 dock levellers, a 50 metre deep yard and Grade A office space.
According to St Modwen, the new unit could provide around 120 jobs once occupied.
Rob Richardson, senior development manager at St Modwen Industrial and Logistics, said: “St Modwen Park Burton is one of our key sites and a significant asset for the business.

Katie Monks, associate director at Savills, which has been marketing the units at St Modwen Park Burton, said: “The first two phases at St Modwen Park Burton proved to be incredibly popular.
“With high demand for quality space in excellent locations from manufacturers and logistics firms, we’re confident this new unit will attract another high-calibre occupier very soon.”
James Clements, partner at joint agents Knight Frank, said: “St Modwen Park Burton is one of the most prominent industrial and logistics sites in the Midlands and has built an excellent reputation through both its setting and the occupiers the scheme has attracted. The great location and the quality of the space on offer is market-leading.”
