Hurricane Fiona: Puerto Rico rendered powerless
(AP) — Hurricane Fiona made landfall in Puerto Rico on Sunday — already causing an island-wide power blackout and threatening to dump “historic” levels of rain.
Puerto Rican Governor Pedro Pierluisi confirmed on social media that the territory’s electrical system is out of service. According to PowerOutage.us, power has gone out across the entire territory.
