‘Dennis the menace’ stopped for going down dual carriageway on mobility scooter

A pensioner called Dennis was pulled over by police after he went down a 70mph road on a mobility scooter.
The retired merchant Navy sailor was spotted zooming down a slip road towards the busy A38 in Mickleover, Derby, on an 8mph scooter on Tuesday.
