PDVSA, Eni plan to move oil from inactive facility amid risks – Reuters
(Reuters) – Venezuelan state-owned oil company PDVSA and Italian Eni are examining options for safely offloading crude from a floating storage facility on Venezuela’s east coast that has been idle for more than a year due to US sanctions, according to sources close to the discussions.
