People stuck in expensive UK quarantine hotels have been released early after the Government scrapped the red list.
It comes after the UK Health and Security Agency warned that there were ‘unprecedentedly high rates’ of Covid in the venues.
But only those who have received a negative result from a coronavirus test were allowed…
