Birmingham’s latest tall tower set for green light
Plans for a new ‘super slender’ tower in Birmingham city centre are set to win the green light next week.
City planners have been recommended to approve the project at 210-211 Broad Street which would see a 37-storey complex built containing 264 serviced apartments.
The project would also have space for retail, food and drink outlets, residents’ lounge and a gym but no car parking.
