100 new home-based call centre jobs created in Hull as partnership extended
100 new home-based call centre jobs are coming to Hull after the city council extended its outsourcing partnership with Civica.
The pair have worked together since 2015 to deliver revenues and benefits services, provided from Kingston Centre – the Treasury Building in Guildhall Road.
A total of 230 employees transferred across when the initial deal was completed.
