100 new jobs as Cranswick brings home the bacon with £20m Hull site
100 jobs are to be created in Hull after Cranswick announced a £20 million investment in a new bacon facility to serve McDonald’s.
Already one of the largest employers in its home city, the FTSE-listed pork specialist has virtually completed the construction on Sutton Fields, alongside the existing Gourmet Sausage plant.
Production at the Helsinki Road site will start in early 2021.
