Two Filipina executives have earned a spot on the Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen 2025 list, which celebrates 20 trailblazing women shaping the region’s economic future.

The honorees, Mybelle Aragon-Gobio and Mariana Zobel de Ayala, stand among Asia’s most influential figures redefining leadership across industries such as real estate, hospitality and technology.

“Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen list celebrates women who are not just adapting to change, but actively shaping the future of the region’s business landscape,” said Rana Wehbe Watson, Forbes Asia’s editorial director.

More than half of this year’s honorees are top-performing professional managers with strong track records in sectors like banking, consumer goods and transportation. The rest include pioneering entrepreneurs, some of whom have founded billion-dollar startups.

Mybelle Aragon-Gobio, president and CEO of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), made history as the first woman and non-family member to lead the Gokongwei-led property developer since its founding in 1980. Under her direction, RLC embarked on a five-year P125-billion expansion plan, positioning the company for continued growth in real estate and infrastructure.

Meanwhile, Mariana Zobel de Ayala, managing director at Ayala Corporation, oversees the leasing and hospitality division of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI). An eighth-generation member of the prominent Ayala family, she is steering a $1.5-billion redevelopment program of the group’s major commercial assets.

The publication described the roster as “a roll call of trailblazers.” They represent 12 countries and territories—leaders driving the AI and tech boom or reinventing traditional family empires in property, hospitality and retail.
