Afghan national Safi Dawood, 22, has been remanded into custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

He’s been accused of murder and attempted murder following a triple stabbing in Uxbridge, west London.

Locals said he appeared on the road, ‘waving a knife’ and that he attacked the 14-year-old boy and his father.

CCTV footage appears to show the moment police cars swing by the suspect, who was calmly walking in the opposite direction.

Two officers approach him from behind with tasers raised and shout at him to put the weapon down.
