From the front it is an ordinary bungalow: Non-descript, brown-bricked with a couple of trees and a grey concrete drive.
To the rear, neighbors say, it is a hotbed of sex and debauchery where used condoms are flung over fences and late-night antics keep them awake.
But people in Ormesby St Margaret may be about to reclaim their sleep after a council told the owner of the Airbnb to pull down his sauna, ditch the decking and dismantle his 9ft trellis fence.
Chandler Harrod says his £110-a-night Norfolk home is a perfect coastal getaway and, with a 4.81 rating on Airbnb, it seems his guests would agree.
But neighbors say people having outdoor sex in a hot tub on raised decking is blighting their lives.

John Huxford, 80, said: ‘I have seen all sorts going on there. I have seen people having sex on the decking and up to all sorts of mischief in the hot tub. People also stand on the table, shouting.
‘As a result of the partying, all sorts of stuff has been thrown into my garden – beer cans, litter and even a used condom. It is just disgusting.’
One of the neighbors tipped off Great Yarmouth Borough Council about the construction, which included a sauna outbuilding and the trellis fencing, last year.
Council planners concluded the structures had been built without the necessary permission and ordered Mr Harrod to remove them.
He appealed, but the Planning Inspectorate dismissed this following a site visit last month when nobody was available to let officials in.
Mr Harrod said: ‘I’m not aware of any problems with the Airbnb, it’s been very successful, and it’s always fully booked.
‘I’ve had nothing but positive conversations and experiences with all my neighbors on the road. It’s a lovely area, and everybody has been very kind and helpful.
‘Of course, if any of the neighbors need to have a conversation with me, they are more than welcome to.’
