Amazon set to create Gateshead warehouse after buying development plot
Hopes that more than 1,000 jobs could be created have been sparked after global retailer Amazon snapped up a huge development site on Tyneside.
Documents at Companies House reveal that the firm has taken control of the Follingsby Max site in Gateshead, with two of its senior executives listed as new directos.
