Ambitious plans for £15m five-star city centre hotel to create 130 jobs
Plans have been revealed for a “unique and amazing” five-star aparthotel in the centre of Chester in a move representing a £15m investment in the city.
Walker&Williams is behind plans for the new facility on Nicholas Street that will transform old offices into 52 suites, a restaurant, rooftop pool and terrace with views out over the racecourse.
