American farmers look to recruit younger generation
(NewsNation) — The farming industry is facing a major challenge as U.S. farmers are getting older and are having a hard time recruiting a newer, younger generation to take over.
“That’s kind of a goal of every farmer to see the legacy … continue on for feeding the world,” farm owner Duane Hinchley said.
