Asda is facing legal action after allegedly sacking a disabled worker for smoking in the wrong area.
Mark Misell was a trolley porter at the supermarket in Shoeburyness, Essex, for 30 years.
He has learning difficulties and can’t read or write but was allegedly fired for a single offence – smoking in the car park…
