Automotive firm goes into administration with loss of 45 jobs
A North East car parts manufacturer has ceased trading with the loss of 45 jobs after losing a major client.
Ford Component Manufacturing (FCM) Ltd has appointed Newcastle RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP as liquidators, after the North Shields firm ceased trading last week.
The firm forms part of Ford Engineering Group, a family firm which has worked for the aerospace and automotive sectors.
