Bank of England: Andrew Bailey tipped as new governor

Andrew Bailey has emerged as the frontrunner to become the next governor of the Bank of England.
An announcement by the Treasury, which is in charge of the appointment, is expected on Friday.
Mr Bailey, 60, is currently chief executive of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the City watchdog.
