Streetwear brand Bench is back in Manchester after it was acquired by an affiliate of Apparel Brands.
City-based Wraith is one of Bench’s primary European licensees – and has acquired the label for all territories outside of the Americas from US investor Gordon Brothers.
A multi-disciplinary team led by the Manchester office of national law firm Shoosmiths advised on the deal.
