Her label, LLOUD, confirmed the crossover by posting the official key art and launch date, instantly sending both gamers and K-pop fans into celebration mode.
Musical playground
The new season begins Nov. 29. Lisa will take center stage in Harmonix’s rhythm-style mode, returning to its classic “festival” format for Chapter 7.
Launched in December 2023, Fortnite Festival shifted the spotlight from battle royale chaos to a musical playground. The game invites players to swap weapons for instruments and rhythm challenges, whether with friends or solo.
Previous seasons spotlighted massive names such as The Weeknd, Billie Eilish, Metallica and Sabrina Carpenter. Lisa now joins this lineup, becoming the first Blackpink member to appear in Fortnite.
Starlux Music Pass
A major highlight for fans will be the new Starlux Music Pass, also rolling out on Nov. 29.
The pass begins with the Melodie Mars skin and builds toward the highly anticipated Rockstar Lisa skin at the final tier. Players can also earn instruments and eight jam tracks, including licensed additions like “Get Jiggy” by B Jack$ and Zeddy Will, Knock2’s “Dashstar VIP,” Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” and Lisa’s own “F*** Up the World (Vixi Solo Version).”
Beyond the pass, Lisa will feature in a dedicated item shop bundle filled with exclusive cosmetics and two more jam tracks, “Rockstar” and “New Woman.” These will remain available throughout the entire season.
Blackpink is no stranger to gaming collaborations. They have previously partnered with MapleStory, Roblox, PUBG, Animal Crossing and now add Fortnite to the list.
