Boris to chair emergency Cobra meeting today after Afghanistan falls to Taliban

Boris Johnson will chair a Cobra meeting this afternoon to discuss the ongoing situation in Afghanistan, No 10 has announced.
This will be the third Cobra meeting in four days. and comes after the Taliban swept to power across the country in a time frame much faster than had been predicted.
