An eight-year-old boy who was shot during the Highland Park woke up from a coma to learn he is ‘paralysed from the waist down’.
Cooper Roberts suffered a severed spinal cord during the Fourth of July attack in the Chicago suburb, which saw seven people killed and 40 others injured.
