Soaring home prices have pushed up the average California homeowner’s equity by $116,000 in the past year — tops in the nation, CoreLogic says.
A new study shows California leading the nation in growth of the spread between value and what’s owed in the year ended in June. News came a $103,000 gain in Washington state and $97,000 in Idaho.
