Canadian company buys NH Propane and oil company – the Union Leader
A Canada-based energy company has struck a deal to buy Rymes Propane and Oil, a second-generation family-owned business in New Hampshire, for $ 159 million.
Superior Plus announced the acquisition on Tuesday, but the deal is expected to close on September 30. Rymes, a Concord-based propane and heating oil distribution company, was founded in 1969 by Jim and Carol Rymes.
