Manchester developer Capital & Centric has partnered with Kamani Property to deliver a scheme in the Northern Quarter, Manchester.
Kamani Property, owned by the family behind Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing, and Capital & Centric announced plans to re-develop a 14,000 sq ft on Swan Street, currently occupied by two derelict buildings.
