Chancerygate begins work turning old margarine factory into Mersey Reach business park
Work has begun on a huge Merseyside development that will see a derelict margarine factory transformed into a business park – creating hundreds of jobs across various industrial units and retail offerings.
Phase one of Mersey Reach will see four units totalling 112,500sq ft at the new logistics park on Dunnings Bridge Road in Aintree, with the second phase totalling 90,000sq ft.
