A scaffolder was crushed to death in a ‘long-predicted’ collapse of a derelict Victorian church, a court was told.
Jeff Plevey, 56, was standing on scaffolding around the Citadel Church in Splott, south Cardiff, when it ‘disintegrated’, a prosecutor said.
