Developer behind stalled luxury £70m Salford ‘twin towers’ to inject own funds to finish scheme – before handing over to another firm

The property developer behind luxury £70m “twin towers” on the border of Manchester and Salford has told investors he is to inject his own funds, including £1.84m “immediately”, to finish the stalled development .
