Developer reveals new headquarters following acquisition of 35,000 sq ft commercial space
Manchester-based real estate investment and development firm HS Property Group has acquired more than 35,000 sq ft of commercial space on the fringe of Manchester city centre.
The company has purchased 31 Ardwick Green North, a 21,500 sq ft Grade II-listed property in Ardwick, which is home to co-working hub, Use.Space.
