Development group secures re-financing for housing on former hospital site
A Newcastle development company has completed a £17m refinancing deal a housing development on the site of the former Sanderson Hospital in Gosforth.
Lok Developments, part of Newcastle-based Morton Group, has secured the investment from Puma Property Finance and partners Mysing, with the deal team also including Weightmans, Burges Salmon LLP and Captima Ltd.
