Donald Trump has reportedly fired Pam Bondi ahead of delivering a speech on Iran.

The US president has sacked another key figure from his administration, just weeks after the ousting of Kristi Noem.

Today, the POTUS reportedly fired Attorney General Pam Bondi, who served as the highest-ranking law enforcement official for about a year.

White House officials revealed that Bondi had been removed from the position.

The main reason is thought to be her handling of the Epstein files.

A source familiar with the White House decision claimed that Trump had not felt she had ‘executed on his vision’ in a way he wanted.

Trump posted about Bondi’s sacking on Truth Social, saying she is a ‘loyal friend.’

He said Bondi will be ‘transitioning to a much needed and important new job in the private sector.’

Here is Trump’s Truth Social post in full: ‘Pam Bondi is a Great American Patriot and a loyal friend, who faithfully served as my Attorney General over the past year. Pam did a tremendous job overseeing a massive crackdown in Crime across our Country, with Murders plummeting to their lowest level since 1900.

‘We love Pam, and she will be transitioning to a much needed and important new job in the private sector, to be announced at a date in the near future, and our Deputy Attorney General, and a very talented and respected Legal Mind, Todd Blanche, will step in to serve as Acting Attorney General.’

Sources familiar with the timeline told Fox News Bondi had met with Trump in the Oval Office yesterday before the president’s speech about Iran, where she was told about the sacking.
