A burglar foiled his own raid on a restaurant by drinking himself to sleep on its booze stocks, a court has heard.
Samuel Mulligan, 31, was fresh off a shoplifting spree when he broke into a Cardiff branch of the Las Iguanas chain of Latin American eateries in the early hours of December 7.
