A bus has mounted a curb and ploughed into a shop on an east London high street.
The 474 bus to Manor Park rammed into an off-license in Station Road at around 9am on Thursday.
The London Fire Brigade said there were around 20 passengers on board when it crashed.
One person has been taken to hospital, they added. A Met investigation has been launched into what caused the collision.
A TfL spokesperson said: ‘We’re very sorry for the damage and disruption caused when a route 474 bus collided with a shop building on Station Road.
‘Thankfully, there were no passengers onboard the bus, however a customer in the shop at the time has sustained a minor injury and the bus driver was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
‘We have support available for anyone affected by this incident.
‘We are supporting Go-Ahead, the operator, as they investigate what happened.’
Video appears to show ambulances and police arriving at the scene as the double-decker ends up sideways in the road.
Firefighters arrived at the scene to hold back members of the public.
Shopkeeper Ninoshan Jeyaseelan, who owns the shop, said the crash was ‘just insane’.
He told BBC London: ‘We just had a big bang sort of thing and the person who was driving (the bus), she was in shock herself.’

Mr Jeyaseelan said his shop had suffered only minor damage in the crash.
A neighboring business owner told the Metro he would be closed for much of the day.
He said: ‘It was a close call. I’m just happy that it didn’t do too much damage and no one’s really seriously injured, either.
‘It looks worse than what it is.’
