A ‘reckless’ BMW driver has been jailed after running over his friend in a ‘joke gone wrong’ – leaving him quadriplegic.  
The victim was catapulted into the air after Taha Biston, 44, lost control and careered towards him as he crossed the road.  
The 27-year-old has been left with all four limbs…
