More than 130 new jobs have been created at contact centres in the North East and Yorkshire as part of an outsourcing firm’s ambitious growth plans.
South Tyneside based contact centre Eco – formerly known as EC Outsourcing – is recruiting 131 new staff across its sites in Boldon and Sheffield, having seen an increase in new business throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
