EDF confirms Covid-19 outbreak at Hinkley Point C
Energy giant EDF has confirmed 21 employees at HInkley Point C power station have tested positive for Covid-19.
There are currently 4,000 people employed at the nuclear site in Bridgwater, Somerset.
EDF said staff who had tested positive were currently self-isolating and anyone identified as a close contact of a positive case would be contacted by the NHSTest and Trace service and asked to…
