EE customers are complaining of a lack of mobile data and internet signal this afternoon.
Tracking website Down Detector has received around 2,000 reports of customers having problems with the mobile network.
And several people have reached out to EE on X, asking why they are unable to connect to mobile internet.
A number of customers using the EE app are seeing alerts that the mobile network is ‘investigating ‘looking into a problem in your area’.
So far EE hasn’t announced any wide-ranging network issues, but has responded to customers individually and asking them to get in touch directly.
