Eight-story mixed-use development gets final go-ahead for San Pedro’s former courthouse property
The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors signed off Tuesday, Aug. 10, on the long-awaited courthouse property redevelopment in San Pedro.
The unanimous vote now opens the way for the developer, Genton Cockrum Partners, to move forward with demolishing the old courthouse, expected to occur around the end of the year.
