Engineering firm Arup to make 350 of its staff redundant
An engineering consultancy employing thousands of people across the UK is to make 350 of its staff redundant.
Arup, which has various schemes across the UK, made the announcement on Friday, saying the coronavirus crisis has “crystallised the need for a reshaping” of the business.
The decision comes amid a flurry of announcements from top UK firms planning to cut jobs.
