Euronext and CDP group make offer for Borsa Italiana bond platform unit: sources – Reuters
MILAN (Reuters) – A consortium comprising the French group Euronext (ENX.PA) and Italian state lender CDP are among the bidders for the London Stock Exchange’s (LSE) Borsa Italiana unit bond trading platform, two sources said on Saturday.
