European Equities Close Lower Following Fed Policy Change; Japanese Abe resigns – CNBC

European stocks closed lower on Friday as investors digested a major policy shift from the U.S. Federal Reserve and news of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s resignation due to health concerns.
