FDA authorizes Novavax as fourth Covid vaccine for emergency use in US

The US Food and Drug Administration has authorized Novavax’s coronavirus vaccine for emergency use in adults, making it the fourth vaccine to be available to Americans.
The authorization on Wednesday is for people 18 years and older.
