Feds sue Uber over wait time fees for disabled passengers

Uber Technologies was sued by the U.S. government over “wait time” fees imposed on passengers with disabilities.
“Uber discriminates against passengers with disabilities and potential passengers with disabilities” in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act, according to the complaint filed Wednesday in federal court in northern California.
