A man has admitted to making over a thousand nuisance calls to 111 so he could indulge a sexual foot fetish, police say.
Richard William Cove, 45, from Worthing, West Sussex, cost the NHS £21,000 with the 1,200 calls made over a two-year period starting in April 2019.
