LOS ANGELES – Filipino American actress Isa Briones earned a place among the best-dressed stars at the 2026 Emmy Awards, adding a fashion moment to a big night for the cast of HBO Max’s acclaimed medical drama “The Pitt.”
Katie Couric Media included Briones in its roundup of standout looks from the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards, held Monday at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The media outlet highlighted the evening’s sharp tailoring, sequins, feathers and dramatic silhouettes among its favorite red carpet looks.

Briones, who plays Dr. Trinity Santos on “The Pitt,” walked the red carpet in a shimmering olive-green gown featuring intricate beading around the neckline and bodice.

She was featured alongside stars including Zendaya, Nicole Kidman, Selena Gomez, Elle Fanning, Colman Domingo and Briones’ “The Pitt” co-stars Noah Wyle and Katherine LaNasa.

The recognition came as “The Pitt” celebrated another successful Emmy Awards run. The medical drama entered the ceremony with 25 nominations, the most of any drama series this year, and won Outstanding Drama Series for the second consecutive year.

Noah Wyle also won Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his portrayal of Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch.
“The Pitt” had already collected several trophies at the Creative Arts Emmys, including Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for Ernest Harden Jr., Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series, Outstanding Prosthetic Makeup and Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics.
