Finnish electronics firm Incap acquires UK-based AWS Electronics Group
Electronics solutions specialist AWS Electronics Group has been taken over by Incap Corporation.
The Finnish electronics business – which boasts a turnover of almost £60 million – has acquired a 100 per cent share in Newcastle-under-Lyme-based AWS.
