Flames engulf top floor of tower block in London flat fire

Plumes of smoke are billowing out of one of the top floors in a block of flats in east London’s docklands.
More than 100 firefighters and 15 fire engines have been called to tackle the blaze, with residents suggesting no fire alarm went off.
