Former Derbyshire manufacturing site could be demolished to make way for flats
Plans to demolish a former kitchen and bathroom manufacturing site in Derbyshire and build flats in its place look set to be decided in the next few weeks.
The proposals, which have been lodged with Amber Valley Borough Council, involve pulling down the former premises of The Kitchen and Bathroom Company, on the corner of Mansfield Road and Salcombe Road, in Alfreton.
