Former MP Jared O’Mara has been charged with fraud in relation to invoices he submitted to parliamentary authorities while in office.
The ex-politician, 39, has been accused of seven counts of fraud by false representation alongside a former aide, Gareth Arnold, who faces six counts of the same charge.
