Hargreaves seals deal with major retailer to kick off Yorkshire development
County Durham firm Hargreaves Services has announced a £25m property deal after it reached agreement with a major retailer to kick off a development scheme in Yorkshire.
The deal is the first major contract for the Unity development at Hatfield, near Doncaster, a joint venture that Hargreaves has entered into with Waystone Limited.
