Solicitor General Ellie Reeves has referred the sentence of Henry Nowak’s killer to the Court of Appeal under the unduly lenient scheme, saying ‘this case horrified me’.

Sikh man Vickrum Digwa has been jailed at Southampton Crown Court for life with a minimum term of 21 years for the murder of 18-year-old student.
